Designed by Chicago architecture firm Perkins + Will, the job-in-progress of this glass-tower is estimated to be $1 billion and features a health club, multiple “safe” rooms, three-helipads, parking space for 168 vehicles and will hire 600 servants to maintain. Physically speaking, the 27-stories tall edifice is 570 feet tall. Mumbai Mirror reports a separate floor (17 floor) for cars is dedicated for the maintenance of the cars and thus servicing of all his cars would be done at this in-house service centre. It also dedicates entire eighth floor for entertainment needs, which comprises of a mini-theatre holding a seating capacity of 50. Besides top-four floors that are assigned for family living (Mukesh, wife Neeta, three children and Mukesh’s mother Kokilaben), remaining floors are also engaged in some purposeful activity.
