Shay Alkalya Designs Cut Attachez
How many times you have gone through the painful situation of liking an exclusive piece of furniture but can’t afford to buy it as it doesn’t have any attached drawer? At least me countless! But now Israeli designer Shay Alkalay has designed Cut Attachez, an innovative system, thereby carving an alternative way for you to fit-in drawer on your own. Take a look at this animation and still images of Cut Attachez.
The system allows you to affix a drawer to the existing piece of furniture. This is done with a hold of a two runner inserted into oblique cuts on the face of a table or desk made with an authority saw.
