Kenny Chesney’s Malibu Compound Demands $7.95 million
I don’t care if Kenny Chesney happens to make up to your fans list or no but for sure the country singer’s lately listed Malibu crib is worth watching. Located on a con overshadowing Santa Monica Bay, the compound features 5 bedrooms, 5 baths and offers spectacular visions of Malibu Point and Catalina Island. Amongst other remarkable opulent facilities, the estate include a 3,000 bottle temperature-controlled wine cellar, an al fresco oven and barbeque, two disengaged guesthouses, La Costa Beach rights, and a tennis association.
Chesney inked this deal in February for $7.4 million, which is now up for sale on a listed price for $7.95 million.
