Experience the Phoenix Mars Lander Day

Phoenix

Amidst your planned schedule of making a bingo in the company of grilling machines, extract time to watch NASA’s Phoenix Lander that is programmed to touch down on Mars today evening. Time is 8 p.m. EST, when this multimillion dollar Lander will pierce the Red Planet’s ambiance and will come “seven minutes of terror,” as labeled by CNN. As a part of the scheme, Phoenix will gradually slow itself from around 13,000 miles per hour to about five in the gap of 6-7 minutes.

To update yourself on this, visit NASA TV web and TV coverage and also would suggest you to spend some time over telescope coverage provided by the National Radio Astronomy Observatory and the Green Bank Telescope.
