Swarovski Encrusted $26000 “My Dior” by Dior

My Dior

Christian Dior ventured into mobile telephony and certified “Modelabs” to design the “My Dior.” With this the luxury brand targets to carve its identity in the mobile world. The mobile phone clamshell appeal “Lady Dior” and features a 2.6 touch screen with a resolution QVGA, APN on a 2 Megapixels and comes festooned with 640 stones of 3251 carats of Swarovski crystals, all imprinted on the case made of crocodile skin, hence justifying its price tag of 18000 € ($26,000).

It took around three years to design the mobile clamshell and now “My Dior” is available in two editions. The first model seems quite budget with a price tag of $5000 while the second one demands $26000 justifying its bejeweled personality.
