Months ago, we introduced you to the compilation of most luxurious tree houses and Ewok-styled tree houses but today we came across an interesting discovery of designer tree houses from a Germany-based company called Baumraum. They are also offering their unique creations across Austria, Hungary, Italy, Brazil and the United States. Good going folks… your offerings’ give a valuable reason for filthy rich for inking deals with a difference. The development of tree houses invites celebrity attention to an extent that Victoria Beckham smilingly spent $50,000 on a tree house last year.

Zaha Hadid is an established name for discovering designs but her latest creation for Chanel can be seen as an icing on the cake. The Chanel fashionable Art urn was developed with a portable feature so that it can display work of work from one city to another. Offering an appeal of an alien spaceship, it sports exhibits resembling Yoko Ono (presenting an interactive Wish Tree), Michael Li, Loris Cecchini, and photographers Stephen Shore and Nobuyoshi Araki. Having debuted in Hong Kong, it gold sold off in Tokyo (where it is still open for devotees until 4 June).

Frank O. Gehry, a popular draftsman behind eon building Guggenheim Museum Bilbao has taken a step ahead in erecting a tavern or to be precise a wine hotel offering a pilgrimage to all wine addicts in Spain. Called the Marques De Riscal, the metal masterpiece is positioned in the heart of the Rioja wine region of Spain and houses a variety of vintage wine and barreled wine detailing 16,000 bottles. After enjoying a wine-bath, guests are allowed to feel comfortable in cozy lodge featuring elegant interiors. The Marques De Riscal features its own chateau offering an interesting stroll to its savvy guests.

The very mention of basement flats used to convey vibes of a dark, dank and malodorous coal-hole but the news about £16 million Basement Flat in Knightsbridge has upgraded its image. Two flats on the floor and “lower-ground” floors of period residence blocks in SW1 are inviting prospective dwellers with a sale price of £9 million for St James’s three-bed room flat and £16 million (£15.95 million) for a four-bed in Knightsbridge. Out of the two entrances, the communal one is guarded by a janitor whilst the other one is to maintain the privacy of Sir and Madam. Futuristic concepts hardly touch reality and feel fortunate if your most-wanted thingamajig becomes functional. Whilst in February we featured Disney’s creation of “Home of the Future,” built in 1957 with an indication about the under-processing of another Disney’s Innoventions Dream Home along with other big technology moguls to be completed in May. And now with running June the elite edifice, which is a collaborative effort between Disneyland, Microsoft, HP, Life|ware and home-builder Taylor Morrison, is behaving no less than a celebrated advertising campaign for its feature-packed products than any standard “home of the future.” Announcing the grand opening of their new Innoventions Dream Home located in Tomorrowland in Anaheim, Calif, this futuristic hi-tech dwelling sports state-of-the-art technology-driven luxurious setting of getting domestic jobs done, practically without someone elating a finger.

M.A.S.T. Theater Offers 360 Degree Relaxing View

Italian designer JoeVelluto offered a mechanism comprising of a video performance that could be enjoyed in any position. Called M.A.S.T. (Modulo Abilitativo Sensoriale Transitivo), this Transitive Sensory Living Module is a project commissioned by floor coverings brand Novabell. It gives you an access to enjoy the movie whilst standing, sitting, leaning against the wall or hanging off a pole. So, next time during time crunch you wish to go to nearest movie theatre with seriously uncomfortable seats, take along this theater with you.

CRN Maraya: A Mirrored Megayacht

Maraya, a 54 meters long vessel is no less than a myriad of lights and credit for this goes to CRN who developed this is association with Studio Zuccon International Project, dedicated to design the face of the yacht. Maraya falling in Arabic dictionary means “mirror,” is a project entirely custom-built to meet the needs of the owner expecting lights to rule the ambience.

Renowned interior designer Claude Missir Agency worked upon offering state-of-art interiors that are highlighted by lights and mirrors all gleaming in bright shades. It takes pride in being the first mega yacht of the yard that utilizes the lighting system based utterly on the use of fiber optics and LEDs.

Asymptote To Erect Strata Luxury Tower in Dubai by 2011

Right on its heels of inviting Tourists’ attraction, Dubai is all charged up to erect headstones and other monumental edifices in all possible shapes. Having heard about developer Nakheel neck-deep busy into designing Dubai Promenade, today there is a news about development of another next generation architectural design called ‘Strata Luxury Tower.’Designed by architects Hani Rashid and Lise Anne Couture of Asymptote, work is already in process on the Al Raha Beach to contruct this forty story residential building by early 2011.

Strata Luxury Tower

Standing 160 meters high, the tower would be the tallest building in the Al Dana precinct, positioned in the heart of Aldar Properties PJSC’s prestigious Al Raha Beach development. The showcasing of the project is exhibited at Cityscape Abu Dhabi till 15 May 2008. It stands high indicating the decorous future for the Abu Dhabi and the neighboring province.
Its corporeal existence is arresting as it encapsulates the meaning through conceptual form, which is drawn from both motifs and narrow cultural scenery along with forces of universal authority. Its blueprint employs the arithmetical means to attain a highly relevant construction for UAE.
