Here is the next vehicle that is honored as the world’s fastest street-legal sports car–the Weber Sportcars Faster One. Reports claim that it can ride at a speed of 0-62 mph in 2.7 seconds, 0-124 mph in just 6.6 seconds, and has a top speed of over 248 mph! Pretty fast! Priced at $1.5 million, the coupe features a 900-horsepower / 774 lb-ft twin-supercharged V8 engine, set of 12-piston, 15-inch ceramic brakes.
Check out the video:
The Weber press note reads: “For attaining a speed of 400 km/h, an automobile must have favorable aerodynamic features. The body of the WEBER SPORTCARS faster one measures 204 centimeters wide and 115 centimeters high. It is structured using ultra-light yet super-strong carbon fiber.

Bugatti has to justify its tag of world’s most expensive coupe and what a best way to do than taking its cost an inch higher by offering valuable features. The ongoing trend amongst the supercar family is to go roofless but against those within budget open topped roadsters this drop top edition of the insanely fast Veyron by Bugatti would be an exception.
To ink a neat deal, you would be expected to pay some extra dough. True, it is no longer being seen as the world’s fastest street-legal production car but Bugatti’s flagship Veyron is heads up to be honored as the world’s fastest drop-top with the unveiling of a costlier and unique targa-top variant. Honest confession: The targa-top is being said to have a moderately lower top speed in contrast to the original coupe but interested owners can look forward to it would fly at a speed of 217mph.
And there was an uncompromising reason of reinforcements to the car’s chassis leading to its reduction in top speed. It was necessary to offer it a revolutionary form with detachable hard-top. Counted 80 models are expected to be designed, so better rush now!

Those of you who are real 80’s baby then you can easily recall watching the live-action Batman show at Six Flag’s Great Adventure around 1989. That was a re-enactment of certain scenes from the flick, complete with an imitation of the Batmobile. But the one pictured above is above is a real deal. One ruthless eBay seller is gazing to get rid of one of the five actual Batmobiles from the Tim Burton classic demanding a sum of $500,000 at eBay. This operational coupe is structured like a spaceship that has tires attached onto it to make it street legal.

Some peep into the specks of the coupe: Measuring 20 feet long and 8 feet wide, this custom-built chassis has a Chevrolet 350 motor attached to it. To eneter into this vehicle, you have to jump from the top from where the canopy opens, likewise in the movie. The old adage: “It is better to have two hands than one†seems to have rightfully influenced the automobile industry as well. Sporting six-wheels instead of regular four, the Covini C6W by Covini Engineering don’t let you stay in your virtual world as presents you with a real freak that takes pride in running on six wheels. But undoubtedly, the latest model has it all—Style, spark, substance with a tinge of machismo.

If you happen to get a chance to take a ride over it then burn the roads in the geography where this revolutionary coupe is appreciated. This model offers a commendable grip and better braking facility.

This leaves me with one open-ended question…Can I now imagine of the entry of a double decker sedan?

Designer Lei Liu has put his thought upon giving form to an elite city car concept that would offer a stress-free ride even amidst jammed roads and digging space for itself in tight parking lots. Called Airwaves, this miniature coupe does away with the tension of bearing the awful jams and freeing you from the risk of dents and scratches. Instead of hinging outward, its electronic door spins upright to avert others being “doored”.
Besides considering the safety of its passangers, it gives equal amount of attention to other commuters on the road. The backside of Airwaves features LCD screen that keeps the onlookers engaged during traffic jams with useful information displayed related to weather reports, news or greeting words from the driver.
This people friendly car gives a deserving trinute to environment as well by making 0% emissions. I think you would agree with me that the safety of small cars is really important; therefore an accessibility of the special lift mechanism in Airwaves can offer good safeguard for the driver, passengers and pedestrians. It workd like this: The minute driver uses emergency brake, the car hits pedestrian and the cabin will lift up by inertia. During that hour, the outside and inside airbags will be unconfined to defend the people inside and outside.

I have a fad for Life-Sized accessories, functional or not but their very nature and concept is something that wins my heart. I can recall days back featuring life-sized alien furniture and hours back I introduced you to the life-sized alien props. And now its turn for Skeleton car Collindonthus designed by Indian artist Jitish Kallat.
The car is exhibited at the Artkrush amongst his other artistic creations. This conception of the coupe induces urban turmoil with the skeletal body of a sedan. Kallat’s observance has rapidly progressed in terms of subject, fabric, and genus. His early canvases are thickly covered with dye, photocopies, and shoots, initiating autobiographical imagery in a rough, graffiti-like visual.
