We here at Elitechoice owe so much respect to concept-based products and gadgets that for a while I feel like revising my blog name to Conceptblog. And here we have another one to be added to the kit. If you hadn’t had a chance to keep your fingers upon the RScube workstation, DJ workstation or the XYZ Computer Desk concept and now regret their being going out of the trend then keep yourself ultra-updated with the Piano Computer, a concept that has the power to turn reality soon. Once it gets into production, it won’t only turn heads but would end up breaking few. The stylish Piano Computer comes with integrated computer table and offers a feel similar to that of a stylish piano figure.
With wiring is masked efficiently, it makes one wonder if it has folding display. This is one such concept that I wish should materialize and reach commercial stage soon.

I have heard the availability of smart desktops but if they are turning out beautiful then they need serious attention. Gaming freaks can now consider Voodoo’s Omen desktop that features beyond the standard gaming PC bombast–quad electric fire and liquid cooling with built-in copper pipes to stave thermonuclear condense for intense over clocking. I have never come across such an elite and appealing customized gaming desktop. Seemingly clean and competent killing machine, don’t doubt it as a disco-in-a-box.
It comes equipped with an incorporated seven-inch LCD that enjoys edge over prevailing obscene gaming PCs. But I know little is you aware that 22-inch chassis doesn’t come cheap and hence demands $20,000 for the top of the line model.

There is no dearth of intelligent and revolutionary PC mods and the very mention of another one hitting the market makes me wonder about the PC modder behind it. Thanks to their level of creativity and utter enormity of their extravagance in their ardor to overhaul those lackluster rectangular boxes (otherwise called conventional PC cases). The case in point today is The Reflection HTPC (Home Theater Personal Computer) by Wolverine. It offers a stable combination of required hardware and other technical specks. Its powerhouse consists of an AMD 4850E dual core processor, 2GB Corsair memory, two Seagate Barracuda ST31000340AS HDDs plus a Matrix Orbital GX Typhoon USB LCD.
Aren’t these features sufficed to categorize it amongst Home Theater PC? Once installed, it would surely rule your living room and mar the sundry thingamajig sporting there.

I wish King Tutankhamen would have been alive today (may be for a while) so that he can take the honor getting buried in this extraordinary PC case mod stimulated by his famed self. Developed and designed using 68 pounds of hand-hewn sandstone tiles, wherein rooted clusters of turquoise, calcite, lapis lazuli, coral and cornelian glitters invite attention. The EgyptMod PC is an offering by Chris Kramer that relies heavily upon the antique Egyptian graphics and is imprinted with obscure hieroglyphs and festooned with phony trinkets to provide it an entire magnificence enjoyed by an ancient ruler.

Folks, it can be seen as the first incursion into the embryonic Egyptpunk DIY association. If you haven’t realized its worth until now, then the fact that 200 hours of manual labor have been invested on its craftsmanship says a lot for the creation of this fine specimen!

We have been covering magnificent to minuscule forms of computer but researchers at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh have ventured into a different domain to develop a device called ‘mind-reading’ computer. Hoping to be a fully functional mind-reading machine, it aims at predicting the activity prototype a brain tends to create for a specific word, hence offering a better indulgence of how and where brain stores facts. They are also hoping that the mechanism would enable them improve treatments for language chaos and learning disabilities.
Around nine volunteers have taken the initiative to undergo this training process. They were provided with 58 words and were asked to enquire about the connotation and value of the words. As a part of the process, brain scans were done via magnetic resonance imaging, thereby capturing their thinking process amidst different words.
Then the computer was assigned with two new words and images and was anticipated to pair them up correctly, which finally happened. Tom Mitchell, leading then study disclosed the next step is to test brain motion for idioms rather than individual words.
