Have you ever heard about any one giving their house for free if you buy a replica of the house? I am sure none of us have heard about this cranky thing. That precisely is the reason why Gerry Mann and Cindy Mann are selling the toy house for $169,000 and offering their four-bedroom, two-bathroom home as free.
The couple living at 221 Bradley St were tired of waiting for any customers to arrive at their door for more than an year. Gerry Mann explained his classic case thus: “The Realtors do the normal thing; they put us in the book, they have an open house. So after a year I was thinking, I don’t know, I have this dollhouse sitting in my basement, let me see if I can do some creative marketing.”
Their ancestor, retired engineer late Ron Cadwell made a replica of the home 50 years back using a 1-foot-to-1-inch scale, as a play house for children. Little did he know that he his little replica home would be worth hundreds of thousands!

To be an inventor is one thing but to be an inventor in style is another thing altogether. In our past blogs, we may have covered hundreds of varieties of head phones but I have never come across an idea as simple and yet innovative as this- wearing the earphone into the hat! With iLogic Sound Hat you can actually replace a hat for the headphone. Who would have thought of this earlier and yet how commonsensical it is!
It has double benefits, first being that you don’t need the messy, always falling out ear phones because it fits snugly to your hear and second, it keeps you warm and in vogue. All that you need is an iPod or a music player to compliment this cap.

Not all of us have the means and the luck to fly a jet, but can still give wings to our fantasy by dreaming about it. Science has taken our dream one step ahead by developing simulators that can make one feel as if one is actually flying a jet.
The recently introduced SX02 Flight Simulator promises to give you first hand flying experience albeit air crash and all. Fascinating enough, but I am sure that the price of the simulator would be a damper for most of us. Spending $9,500 is not everybody’s cup of tea so most of us can only window shop the simulator! Or you may go to our earlier post where we have scanned all the simulators to give you the top 11. For now, let me describe this dream machine a little more.

The SX02 claims to be the mother of all flight simulators as it comes along with surround sound and surround screens to make the experience as close to reality as possible. It comes along with HOTAS Joystick and a tension adjustable hand throttle too. Price is the only factor that is not so perfect in this otherwise perfect piece but as they say, All good things come with a price tag attached!

Expectant mothers cannot settle at anything less curious for their babies and hence keep on making efforts to gather random stuff that may invite the attention of a newly-born kid. And if you have noticed then each of piled up collection gets converted into phone, enabling mothers to let their month-old baby talk to his dad, who is at work. Replacing the pretentious phone figures of stuffed animals or plastic fruits, here stands a designer teddy bear from Kuma with functionality of a mobile phone. Exhibited at the 2008 Good Design Expo by cellular provider Willcom, the Kuma phone sports a SIM card inside similar to that of a standard phone model and can store up to four speed dial numbers (one for each paw-squeeze).
The incoming calls in this phone model are well identified by the vibration produced by it, and can be ended (after answering) by riveting the bear’s tail. The Kuma Phone is hopeful to invite wealthy eyeballs and make a visible sales by selling off each model for $500.

Yacht lovers can pay their attention here. Those willing to ride over water with an attitude can jump onto the Krysalid’42 trimaran. The elite vessel offers a fun-loving, soothing and secured ride to filthy-rich and thus trailing on it means a neat shelling of $606,600. The trimarans are known for their unsinkable nature, even though they are soaked in water. Needless to say, a voyage on Krysalid cruiser aims at revising your understanding of adventurous journey offered by any standard yacht.Feating a foldable structure that can be unfolded within two minutes; it proposes to offer more room on the bulky (42 foot) bridgedeck tavern. Available in two editions, it is purposefully designed to meet two different uses i.e. for racing shows and fast cruise racing.

It is spacious enough to accommodate 6-8 people. So, are the aforementioned reasons enough to convince you in digging out such a fat sum from your deep pockets?

Thanks Robin!

Here is the prospective contender for the choosy race to design world’s most expensive golf ball marker. Those sporty folks with an admiration for blingy products can witness it as an inviting opportunity to ink deal with glossy golf accessory coming from the house of Shano, an established name in the production of golf ornaments. Sporting platinum and diamond, the golf ball marker flaunts 1/2 of a carat of white VS diamonds measuring 1″ in diameter and 1/10″ in thickness.
Priced at $10,200, they still fall behind the pricey model of the TriMark marker retailed for $10,500. If you ask me then I am game for a new rider as the elite design is quite appealing.

A one-time shot may costs $2,500 against the cost of the Louis XIII Black Pearl Magnum Bottle, which stands at $80,000. This gives a reason enough to commemorate the precious moments by by banging off a deluxe champagne or cognac. Doing justice to the personae of filthy rich, the pricey Louis XIII Black Pearl Magnum is exclusively available at Rose Club of the The Plaza hotel, New York. It is being said that the cost of single shot is comparable to standard monthly lease for an apartment house in New York. The individuality of this Remy Martin-produced drink can be realized by the fact that it is not available anywhere across New York even as a taster.
Hand-blown from black crystal, the pearl magnum is nicely designed by Baccarat and still remains uncorked since its introduction in June. A small calculation depicts at $2,500, you can get a dose of 32 pours in the 1.75 liter bottle. Big news: Even though it demands a fat price, the bottle is not available for sale.

Spend a month in the populated urban vicinity (if you haven’t) and you’ll get to see kids driving hard with mobile sound systems singing loud. Really annoying! But if you have spare amount of dough piling with you then this unusual model of DJ mobile car can be yours. Designed and developed by Dutch artist Olaf Mooij, the creation targets the filthy-rich music lovers. Coming from Western Europe, the Dutch novelty has been abridged by an intelligent mind after taking inspiration from ‘God is a DJ’ and the car of our HOLY-POPE and the result is before your eyes.

Embellishing aerodynamics, the mobile DJ art car nicely accommodate two turn-tables together with number of speakers. On first look, I doubt the functionality of the speakers attached on the face of the car and this arouses my curiosity to meet the Dutch national and ask him to untangle the mystery.

For sure, DJ Mobile car is developed using a drivable PA system that allows you to park and then operate from a DJ platform while hosting it from open sunroof.
