Weighing 84.37 carats, this diamond is estimated to fetch $12,000,000-$16,000,000 during “Magnificent Jewels” auction organized by Sotheby in Geneva on 14 November 2007.

Besides amazing features, the superior quality of the diamond is assured as it is being credited with the highest possible grading from the GIA with the report (No. 15692749), wherein it stone claims to offer flawless clarity, “excellent” polish and symmetry.

Harry Winston has earned the reputation of being the ‘jeweler to the celebs’. Located at the House of Winston at 371 N. Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, California, Harry is in a habit of designing and lending jewelry worth thousands of dollars to the star making presence in Oscars.
Following the custom, In 2006 the House of Winston shaped an ultra-elite pair of ‘Extraordinary Diamond Drop Earrings’ festooned with two pear-shaped diamonds of 60.1 carats fixed in a platinum form. The pricey pair of earrings is retailed at $8.5 million.

Giving a tribute to Princess Grace, an exhibition is being scheduled straddling Kelly’s role from a Hollywood celebrity to Princess of Monaco at Sotheby’s auction house from 15-26 October. The exhibition would include her lavish gowns, ornaments, letters and photographs.
It will set the stage for a series of events, including the 25th anniversary Princess Grace Awards Gala and an arts benefit. This 11-day long exhibition is set to stage countless events on the 25th anniversary of her death.

The major highlight of the exhibition would be Givenchy-designed sleeveless dress (right) with matching fringed bolero jacket in vivid green worn by Princess Grace Kelly on an official 1961 visit with Prince Rainier to lunch at the White House with President John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy. Another most-awaited dress is a Helen Rose ball gown (left) that she carried in the 1956 musical comedy “High Society.”

Here is a statue won by Kelly for her performance in “The Country Girl”. Also, the late Princess Grace’s engagement ring (top), a 10.47 carat emerald cut diamond set with two baguette diamonds and mounted in platinum would be a part of the exhibition.

This dazzling necklace is an exceptional piece designed by Lita Asscher, a fifth generation Asscher and MD of The Royal Asscher, a renowned diamond company of America. This peerless ornament is being devised with around 100 hand cut and refined diamonds. The necklace was available for sale at ebay with a retail price of $1,800,000.
The counted five large Royal Asscher Cut diamonds shaped in vivid black onyx signifies the five generations of the Asscher diamontaire dynasty. Around 96 Royal Asscher Cut diamonds with diverse size of 0.50 - 0.60 carat were carved in distinct platinum to fashion a splendid 16-inch chain followed by a 3-inch chain forming a spectacular pendant.
This fabulous diamond represents the legendary Cullinan diamond (largest diamond till date) that was cut into three parts by the Joseph Asscher to form part of the tiara jewels. The craftsmanship delivered while producing this necklace from polishing to setting of diamonds was at par.

Three distinct yet splendid Jewels from the collection of Kelly and Calvin Klein would be available for auction at Sotheby’s auction house on 4 December.
I consider you observant enough to realize the opportunity of bidding for the diamond gems viz. necklace, pendant and ear clips. Three of the precious ornaments were procured by Calvin for Kelly in 1987 at Sotheby’s auction of “The Jewels of the Duchess of Windsor” in Geneva.

What makes these pearls precious is the history attached to them. The natural pearl together with Cartier’s diamond necklace once given to the Duke of Windsor by Queen Mary. Containing 28 natural pearls, the beaming necklace is spherical in form with a diamond clutch.
Also available at the auction would be a pair of diamond ear clips by Van Cleef and Arpels. The estimated cost of all the ornamental accessories is valued at $2.2 million-$3.1 million.

Following the sale of “silver metal headboard”, Queen’s Marie-Jose’s historic charms at London Christies’ auctions, soon you can be a part of diamond world at Christie’s hall only.

Jewels of a celebrity are set for auction again. Right after one month from now, the splendid ornaments would be available for sale at Christie’s auction house. This auction scheduled for 16 October in New York claims to feature jewels of around $25 million including chattels of actress Lucille Desiree Ball.
Among the exhibited accessories, you may find jewelry signed by Van Cleef & Arpels such as a matching set of yellow azure and diamond jewelry viz. a pendant necklace, ring and ear clips pair. A share of the sales generated through this auction would go to the The Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Center in Jamestown, New York.
The sale will also feature a variety of pricey diamonds viz. 38.47 D, VS1 diamond expected to be sold for $2,300,000-$2,500,000. Many other diamonds including a 7.88 carats pear-shaped fancy blue-gray diamond worth $700,000-$1,000,000 and another orange-yellow diamond of 12.55 carats is estimated for $800,000-$1,200,000.
On the same day, Christie also organizes another sale exhibiting 40 elegant pieces worth $4 million. The anthology displays an array of Harry Winston precious jewels counting a rectangular-cut, D, VVS2 Type IIa 23.14 carat diamond ring that is expected to generate sales of $800,000-$1,200,000.
My all eyes are on the Tiffany & Co. brooch (above). Formed like a Maltese cross with a blemished goblet design of sapphires, gold and diamonds surrounding the central square-cut aquamarine, weighs 19.48 carats and is retailed at $15,000-$25,000.
