Colombian designer Miguel Caballeo is being recieved as the ‘Armani of armor’. Well, he is giving us a $12,000 anti-ballistic polo shirt made of ultra-lightweight bulletproof fabric. Quite obviouly a hit with the blue blood like Prince Felipe of Spain, President Alvaro Uribe of Colombia and President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela.

Is originality still nurtured in times of stealing, piracy and re-mixing? Thanks to the joys of modern technology, people do not even hesitate for a single moment when clicking on that free download, it’s illegal by the way, or when duplicate copies are burnt on your computer’s CD writer. Yep, illegal music is everywhere.
Perhaps, now original will have a sacred space for once. Because don’t we always like to be different from the herd? Speaking in the same tune, what value will 100 Billboard charts in the form of a record have for us music lovers? Plenty of money, of course, and pride. After all, doesn’t a handwritten letter or card still reaches out to us in times of SMS-ing and e-mailing!
Too many questions, but the answer lies in the single, to-die-for grandcollection of music spanning over 1955 to 1990 represented by Neiman Marcus. The thirty-five year old collection is priceless, even more because they come in the traditional record format. So do hear it out for those 18,400 records.
Beatles, Elvis, Joplin, Hemdrix…just name the name and Marcus has it all for you. That too, in the original as you would find many records personally autographed by the famous singers themselves.

Camping could never be so comfortable before. You never know the new Tonke Camper may become the reason for those further extended stays in the rough terrain or perhaps even a road trip across the world. Holland manufacturers have come up with this ultra-cool camping van, that promises to give you a dose of comfort in the middle of nowhere.
The look of Tonke Camper is oxymoronic to say the least. Reason? Well, the outer body will give you the impression of a very basic camping facility but the interiors will have your jaw dropping to the floor. The trailer is just as comfy and inviting as your home. Loaded with a small kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a cozy sitting area, don’t be surprised when you perhaps would want to shift lodgings to this dream abode permanently. The strongest point of Tonke Camper is that the entire trailer can be dismantled and be used as a guest room or extra office space.

The manufacturers claim that the inspiratin for Tonke Camper came from old yachts and gypsy caravans. Available in two models, Explorer (just right for the Renault Master Van) and Fieldsleeper (designed for the Mercedes Sprinter), the modern camping car can be yours at € 70,000 (starting range). If the price is a little too high, do not worry because this trailer can very easily be rented out at around € 500 per week, when not in use.

Wouldn’t we do anything more than give an eye and leg to own something that’s been a part of the film world! Save the body parts, but keep the cash ready for the buzz is that someone’s restored Ghostbuster’s Ecto-1 which was used for over fifteen years at the Universal Studios Florida.
Avaiable for auction at ebay, the car is priced at a neat $45,000. So much moolah because the machine is one of the three Sony/MGM authorized Ghostbusters 1959 Cadillac Miller Meteor Ecto 1. The two original cars were featured in the films, while this one was actually built for the Universal Studios Theme Parks.
Quite obviously, this Ecto-1 has wooed many, and has even been featured in thousands of photographs. There has been only one change in the renovated version that it is today, the roof rack has been modified to resemble the screen used in the Sony Ecto-1 original car.

All in all, the car is in great shape both physically and mechanically. And now you can actually make it yours!

Though it looks very futuristic, Herman Miller’s Embody chair is a must have for an ultra-modern yet comfortable décor. Aptly called the Embody this classy piece offers a wonderful stimulus with the characteristic Herman Miller signature.
People are already tagging it as the new Aeron, must I say that the Embody has a unique style of its own. For starters, it is not sleek like the Aeron but it stands exquisite with an intricate design on the back of the chair, resembling a human spine even flexing and bending to cradle the body! Yep, don’t miss the 56 flexors.
Supposedly inspired y a pair of comfortable shoes, this chair has been designed by Bill Stumpf and Jeff Weber. Quite a remarkable creation indeed as it not only promotes health but is also a delight to look at.

Yes, LuxTouch enables you install one in your abode for $1,000,000 per sq. mt, and each square metre of marble tile screams luxury by featuring over 1000 diamonds, 2400 pieces of mother of pearl, 400 pieces of abalone shell and 500 pieces of black onyx. Lately, Pietra Firma unveiled the limited edition offering of LuxTouch range at the Monaco Yacht Show.
Each sample of LuxTouch tile, flooring or ceiling is a stand-alone magnum opus of involved facet and craftsmanship. The elite LuxTouch black marble tile sports 95 brilliant cut diamonds, mother of pearl and abalone. The heart of tile comprises of a pitch-black agate circle festooned with 19 diamonds and a mother of pearl flower petal pattern that glows outwards from the centre. Each petal is a single piece of mother of pearl inlaid with huge precious cut diamond and the black agate pieces amid the petals are also encrusted with diamonds.
Each of its four corners come inlaid with mother of pearl and abalone shell, attaining a visually appealing counter balance with the blistering flower petals.
When embossed, the diamonds sit faintly hoisted above the tiles that result in the utmost tactile and visual effect. I wonder the inexpressible sensual experience one can enjoy by walking barefoot on this LuxTouch flooring.
Thanks Bretton Putter!
