Schimmel’s K 208 Pegasus Oval Piano: Elite, Elegant and Exotic
Posted in Designer, Entertainment, Music on 8 March 2008

K 208 Pegasus Oval Piano

Music is one thing that turns on my senses but at the same time any or every musical instrument cannot touch my inner self. Likewise, I feel thrilled listening to the notes produced from the piano but its bulky look with multiple corners and presence with dull edges kills me. I am sure many of you would share the commonality with me. Three cheers to Professor Luigi Colani, who made efforts and has discovered a workable solution to the painful situation.

K 208 Pegasus Oval Piano

The German designer and aerodynamics have inked with popular German piano maker, Schimmel Pianos to design the K 208 Pegasus - an oval piano. This creation with a sophisticated touch on behalf of master designer is being welcomed by all. It goes beyond in terms of its offerings, thereby breaking the monotony of installing ordinary piano structure. The K 208 Pegasus comes packed with built-in piano stool and electricity driven lift apparatus that mutely elevates or lowers the top.

K 208 Pegasus Oval Piano

It is equipped with an ergonomically curved keyboard, around 200 strings under a total tension of 176,520 newtons along with a key assembly comprising of 10,000 pieces. This grand piano includes a Sostenuto pedal (middle pedal), a fully-adjustable incorporated black leather upholstered stool allowing expandable dimensions and distance to the keyboard. The abode of this piano in your living reason doesn’t need a reason to celebrate but the instrument is itself is an excuse to drink, wine and dine. Those who are looking for alternatives can eye compiano, walden wood art case piano and Roland’s FR2V accordion.

Man’s Fall Results Loss of $ 1million Violin
Posted in Electronic Products, Music, News, Products on 16 February 2008

1million ViolinÂ

Screaming “My Violin” is obvious and much-anticipated cry when one happens to fell off the stairs holding an antique 18-century violin priced at $1million. David Gareth, the former model and the present proud owner of the violin was stepping down the stairs after performing at the Barbican Hall, when his leg jerked and he could not maintain balance. As a result, he fell of the concrete stairs turning this pricey musical instrument into pieces. But Gareth is hopeful that the violin can easily be repaired in New York. We also pray that the damage to this violin gets fixed soon otherwise it would result in causing harm to one’s mental stability along with disturbing bank balance. Via LuxuryLaunches

In Blogosphere, the dialysis occurs when a blog gets mature from a label of a baby blog to the pedestal of a majestic presence. Right on the heels of my expectations, I have managed to crack 500 posts (on EliteChoice) within less than a year (with first post on 9 January).

Ideally I should feature myself with a goblet of champagne but I take the opportunity to introduce my internal spirit to you. This two-legged beast is my mirror image who knows the right direction and cherish past with a present energy and looks forward to ink bigger deals in life (in terms of value as size doesn’t make a difference).

Besides my journalistic profession, I was committed to my bloggers’ desk throughout this year and never intended to beat big sharks like Luxist, LuxuryLaunches, UberGizmo, ShinyShiny, Bornrich, UberReview, Blavish and others but am glad that I earned the deserving recognition from them. Also, a three-month-young network with Elite Fashion Blog Bazaar Community is quite satisfying.

It was an exciting journey to chronicle the world of elite products and break the news on the board, respecting the prerequisite of a journalist and curiosity of my faithful readers. Gluing to my very first post that outlined the purpose of my blog, I am happy to set various laurels in that direction and am geared up to offer an unbeatable common-sense perspective on important topics/ products and events of the day.

I am glad to share with you that the onset of 2008 would mark our first anniversary with a lot more unique features on the cards. And yah from today I am all set to offer next 500 posts coming thick and fast.

This Time Three Cheers To Me And My Love:)

Electric Guitar for $3,598,002….Ooops Its Cocaine
Posted in Luxury, Music on 28 October 2007

Electric Guitar

Say no to wood, instead try cocaine. This seems to be the mantra of the cocaine-made electric guitar carried by a guy in his 30s who flew lately from Costa Rica to Fiumicino airport in Rome. It’s illegal but unique! The scratched label on the black Squier Strat reads a $3,598,002 (2.5 million Euros) as its price tag. This won’t have been in news had custom officials not identified the white powder leaking out of the guitar as proven cocaine after the examination. Also, the 10 thermos flasks residing in his luggage are made up of cocaine solution. What adds the weight to the news is the 3 kg of pure cocaine with a market value of 2.5 million Euros that has been used as a major ingredient to design this guitar.

The Eagles: Most expensive Private Music Performances
Posted in Luxury, Music, Worlds Most Expensive on 2 October 2007

The Eagles

Well-said all good things come in small packs but I would like to make an addition to it viz. “And all small packs are generally expensive.”

Same goes with the music that is born to infuse spark in our life but, but not all kinds of bands, lyrics or music can make a difference. So the question comes, which one is the fittest candidate to the nominations of most-expensive music performance?

Guys, no nominations as even a tight-lipped person with blind eyes and deaf years can murmur—-The Eagles, The Eagles and The Eagles. The band broke its record with a monstrous charge of £4 million ($8,153,995) during their performance in “Hotel California” in 2003. Following it we have the Rolling Stones (£3.5 million) and Celine Dion (£2.5 million).
