The increasing traffic jams has led to the birth of double-digits figures in every field. Be it fuel-cost, health hazards, waste of time leading to financial lose but the advancement in technology has addressed this problem as well and has reflected the possibility of developing flying cars. This singular solution, whenever becomes functional would be an answer to piled up problems. An established name in the filed of home computers and electric cars Sir Clive Sinclair believes technology required to produce flying cars is available. It is now economically and technically possible to develop flying cars for individuals that can be mechanically controlled as not all of us can learn to fly.
The attached comfort level is matchless as it can take off from your home and land at your destination without any stoppages.
The models would be powered by electricity and currently no efforts are being made upon developing any model functional on flying car technology currently but Sinclair shares his interest in being involved with such a practice.

The Klimatec Base 1 AirWater Machine is a self-regulated water cooler capable of extorting water from the air. But its functionality doesn’t end here as it then takes a step ahead in purifying it and then offering it with energizing blobs of kindness. Within 24 hours, it can extract 20 liters of water and is solar powered feature enable to plug in a refrigerator with it for ultra-coldness. Now you must be wondering how it works. The Base 1 AirWater Machine captures all the moisture present in the atmosphere via its refrigeration procedure to compress the dampness from air.
Then air-driven blowers are inserted into the mechanism via an electro static filter. Cooled spirals positioned in the trail of air provide a temperature discrepancy among the air and the coil shell resulting in compression that is channeled into a holding tank integrated with a level switch capable of monitoring the water production cycle.
Water then flows through a vigorous carbon sieve to eliminate solids, oxygenates and to eradicate any whiff. Then it finally passes through a UV light chamber to purge any left-over bacterial content. And then unadulterated drinking hot and cold water is then provided via the dispenser.

Whilst months back the evolution of interaction table marked a new revolution with little knowledge that soon it would have to face competition with Interactive Scape, a 58-inch touch surface. The latter one is a replica of the Microsoft Surface table that created much of a buzz but is not available for sale until now. But that doesn’t mean that the existence of interactive products is only till news and doesn’t meet reality. Microsoft TouchWall retailed at $100,000 inked a neat deal at Neimann Marcus. It is a clear indication of the fact that there is no restraint to the production of interactive surface and filthy-rich tech-lovers as well.
Similar to Microsoft offerings’, Interactive Scape allows you to compute touchscreen-style by stirring things around its 1080p touchscreen with your fingers and it is also capable of transferring data to and from cell phones via Bluetooth. A glimpse at the table would make you realize its screaming beauty with its Corian surface slapped with various shades. The German makers behind it are demure about its cost, but the pricey factor attached to it is an indicator that it will first feature at retail point-of-sale applications. If it fails to convince you then free feel to design your own interactive table via Cubit or bring home the voice recognition table designed for conferences by Kage Roi.

Big Controversy: The contemporary reality doesn’t allow us to cherish domestic comfort and pleasure; hence we end up spending chief hours of the day in office. And we take every initiative to spill over dough for decorating our houses with a compromise to stay amidst that dull gray and furniture installed by default now for ages at our offices. Rightly realizing this Hella Jongerius unveiled a new look to the dull office at the exhibition Worksperes in the Museum of Modern Art [MOMA] in New York. Called ‘My Soft Office,’ it aims at discovering the revolutionary workplace.
The designer concept was demonstrated at the exhibition space of VIVID Design in Rotterdam. The accessories as a part of this initiative features a keyboard with an integrated snack plate, a comfortable double bed that behaves no less than a business desk with installed monitors and others needful i.e. speakers, keyboard and mouse are positioned inside the pillows.
