News is Batman enthusiasts can now start saving their fortune as here is an opportunity for them to make up to headlines. The Batmobile from Batman Returns flick is all set to be auctioned off at the 38th annual Kruse International Auction scheduled for 28-31 August followed by 1-2 September (Labor Day weekend) at the 480 acre Kruse Auction Park in Auburn, Indiana. It is being said that the model one of the five Batmobiles witnessed making shots in the movie “Batman Returns.”

I strongly reckon that mechanized public pay toilets have literal connotations. By this I mean, they are trained well to auto-cleaning likewise high-tech robot toilets that enables the user to stay inside for as longer duration (as per their wishes), and then clean up all the verification after the fact. But little was I aware that auctioning of such pricey models would fetch a visible loss to the company. News is counted five automated toilets in Seattle that were priced at $5 million lately got sold to Butch Behn, owner of Racecar Supply in Rochester, Wash on a spill over of mere $12,549. A neat loss in million dollars!

International fine art auction house Bonhams lately inked a new world record for sales generation of Jaguar motor car during an auction. The 1955 Jaguar D-Type Sports Racing Car ‘XKD509′ went to an anonymous British buyer for a monstrous cost of £2,201,500 ($4.4 million). The 3.4-litre coupe model claims to be the first Jaguar D-Type that underwent production in 1955 (costing £2,500 then) and sports an original subframe, tub and 3.4-liter competition engine.

Setting a new record for the category of world’s most expensive living female artist is a South African born artist Marlene Dumas. And this is made possible via her painting, popularly known as “The Visitor,†that generated sales of £3.1 million at a Sotheby’s auction. The painting was picked up by the New York private dealer Nancy Whyte during Sotheby’s Contemporary Art Evening Sale scheduled on 1 July. The sales figure overshadowed Dumas’ preceding testimony of £1.8 million marked in February 2005.
