At EliteChoice, we have featured the diverse usage of remote or remote-controlled devices that are required for day-to-day tasks. But to the best of my memory if we keep the functionality aside then all of them lack stylish appeal. Here we have a concept-based product from David Chacon designed to fulfill your requirement for a remote universally.

The concept breeds design plus function and the eye-catching features of this flash capable device includes demonstrating every thing from channel listings to intricate menus, and supervise your whole house starting from turning on the microwave to the dim lights of your bedroom. Called Universal Remote, the devise will have a huge touchscreen interface with a possibility to craft custom graphic user interfaces for a product as well.

If you are having a window-less office and suddenly feels suffocated then here is a solution. Put down the mallet and install these ersatz skylights or seemingly windows right from the Sky Factory. The variety of sky ceilings and radiant virtual windows offered here are picturesque chimera that offers a beautiful outdoor appeal (albeit virtual) to the inhabitants while staying in windowless den only.

How does it work? After fitting in every unit into the typical ceiling or window grid structure, it breeds fluorescent or LED daylight-balanced backlighting to equally augment the gaze besides promoting a sense of well-being. You would be surprised to know that the daylight balanced light used here is one that is required to treat seasonal affective disorder.

I am sure installing these in a gloomy ambiance of your office would make your productivity go two-fold. Also, if you are thinking to revamp your office or home interiors then there cannot be an innovative way than this.

With creativity touching at its height, day in and out we have being hearing about designer briefcases stashed with bomb, machine gun or even a minuscule remote-control go-kart track. But incidentally, the creation I have come across today is much more practical. Together with a standard hard-shell and a set of nylon straps, artists Joan Korbes and Denis Oudendijk designed this briefcase that can be connected to a rail or other sturdy object, thereby offering you a comfortable seat. The pillows seem an essential accessory that makes the seat comfortable.
Well folks, don’t loose your heart to this designer creation as this one is not for sale but surely with a bit of engineering and know-how, you can create one for yourself.

Folks, I cannot buy this argument that wearable chairs have lost its importance today as it was patented almost 30 years ago. Take a deep peep into the product and you would realize it is as haute today as it was ages back. Probably its appeal and recognition has got its worthy recognition today as the Gen X welcomes innovation unlike our predecessors.
This chair is strapped on the backside of your legs and offers you a comfy seat wherever you want to sit. This would be your savior when you enter an overpopulated conference room or plays a trick by peeking into the movie theater. The inventor of this chair Darcy Robert Bonner filed a patent for it on 7 May1977 for 14-good years.

In the mid way this product was lost somewhere. Now that it has again reached the limelight, it should be picked as an opportunity to turn this dream into reality.

The wallet is available in the US Dollar or the Euro and each one is retailed at $390. And imagine the level of fun when you flaunt this Euro-version of wallet to pick some foodie stuff for your poochie. Believe me, it adds to your personality.
Also, those who have an inclination towards stock market but afraid to loose hard-earned money can take guise via this wallet
