If you think you are rich but haven’t declared it loud then utilize the best of this opportunity. Invest that spare amount of dough by inking a deal with Gindi Group for taking the possession of the most expensive apartment in Tel Aviv. Having developed G-Tower, the Gindi Group has designed the elite flat, which is a part of this tower only.

The triplex apartment facilitates a previous duplex and a penthouse apartment on the 24th, 25th and 26th floors of the tower. Seemingly touching the sky, the tower stands high with 31 floors accommodating 40 apartments. Building facilities include a culture center, a library and bar, a fitness center, swimming pool, conference center, underground parking and above all a tight security.

Retailed at $34 million, the asking price of this dwelling is almost two-fold of the Israel’s presently highest-priced apartment, acquires by Idan Ofer on Rothschild Boulevard 1 for $17.1 million. This state-of-the-art apartment offers 360 degree views of the city and is spread over 1,500 square meters asking a price of over $22,000 per square meter.

Well, even the high price of the estate is an issue as there are hardly any takers for it, thus less number of bids and minimal negotiations. And those who are still left with some spare amount to burn can always target world’s most expensive flat.

Even in your wildest thought, what can you think of gifting to a soccer superstar, an international model married to a Spice Girl? A mere iPod won’t do….but yes an iPod with a difference has done the needful. To respect David Beckham’s 100-cap in authorized matches, his squad has pooled in to get him an exclusive, 32 gigabyte iPod Touch with a gold plating and custom stamped. Priced at ₤600, this Beckham’s gold iPod has an attractive appeal and is far different from those sundry Swarovski-encrusted atrocities flavorless icons usually leap for. It bears the tag for the England national team up top followed by Beckham’s name at the bottom and his 100-cap accomplishment right below that. Beckham was gifted with this iPod by his teammates after playing a match against France last week, playing as an LA Galaxy midfielder.

We have talked about various structures and performances of megayachts and superyachts viz. giga yacht, magic yacht, fearless yacht and falcon yacht here and today we have a new entrant to the domain by with a different eye. Unlike these with were targeting to the elite class as a passenger ship, the SeaFair’s Grand Luxe designed by Luiz de Basto of Miami is honored as the world’s first luxury-exposition megayacht.

The 36th International Exhibition of Invention has witnessed the presence of almost 700 plus creative minds from across the globe. Amongst the pool of products, the duo that rotated the eye lids of audience there including me is the Self Making Bed designed by Enrico Berruti and ‘Trespolo’ by Italian Cosimo Letteriello. These creations are clearly developed for too lazy or too smart geeks. Had I being asked to tag the event, I would have donned it as ‘For Extremist Geeks’.
Dubbed as “Selfy the EasyBed,†the self-making bed together with its two lateral arms can handle any bed linen and features machinery on its edges with tubes on which one wraps the sides of the duvet linen. A small push of the button would activate the tubes to flat over duvet linen, while the belts at the side will squeeze and offer finish to the sheet. Plans are to start with its commercialization soon if it manages to get a positive response.

The Trespolo (tripod) is a case that can be transformed into a workstation for your emergency requirement in absence of tables. Its portable feature is what would make it the first thing to be picked by any geek while travelling.

An Update: The graceful private dagger carried by Emperor Shah Jahan lately fetched 1.7 million pounds at a London auction, which is three times more than the expected bid.
Taj Mahal, counted amongst one of the Seven Wonders of the World is woven with the love of Emperor Shah Jahan towards his wife. They say that the hands engaged in the construction of this wonder were later cut by emperor to assure that no one can create such marvel again. Positioned in Agra, India; it has become a great tourist attraction. And today Shah Jahan is again seen in the headlines for a different reason.
Reuters has disclosed that a 17th century gold festooned dagger once owned by this Indian Emperor is estimated to fetch $1 million on 10 April. The remarkable sardonyx-hilted dagger is archetypal of Shah Jahan’s savor and personality in number of ways. The grip of this dagger depicts his admiration for rare stones while its workmanship symbolizes the skills of the Mughal atelier at this peak of elegance. The bludgeon itself is illustrative of its emperor’s fatal propensity. The writing on the reverse side of blade include Jahan’s official titles, date and place of birth, and an “honorific sunshadeâ€- an ancient pan-Asian representation of religion of royals.

Work hard, party harder is the gogaaa of the routine life. But with life becoming so busy, there hardly seems to be a reservation for a weekend to enjoy. It simply gets away with the flow of things to be done, occupied with family and family but not friends. But amidst all these big time boozers knows well how to extract time for their energy drink. For doing that you need to think out of the box.
I use to think that designers are being biased as all accessories designed for storing liquor are targeted at women. I can recall days back talking about wine bra (bra cum rack) that enabled any women to fill it with much required wine after work when all the counters are shut and being restless one cannot afford to come back home. But today I can change me opinion as Reef Dram Sandal ($45) by Reef, the stellar sandal company invites men.
The Dram comprises of a polyurethane encapsulated flask in the heel. This accessory allows you carry liquor anywhere. Also, the brand name of Reef attached to them assures its comfort. Each sandal can house at least three ounces of beverage inside the heel, thereby offering you total four generous shots to energize you after a tiresome day. The Dram sandals are water friendly, and stand hard due to the synthetic nubuck upper, contoured compression molded Eva footbed with anatomical arch support, Polyurethane encapsulated canteen in heel with screw cap, unique shaker icon molded Reef rubber outsole. I give a second thought to it as there might be a possibility that this sandal leaks, leaving me in a despicable situation with a stinking feet. But I choose to keep my fingers rather feet on this.

Pop quiz for all living souls: How many of you have had a chance to make a trip to moon during the course of your life? Think….thinking……not me! Alright, now tell me how many of you would wish to visit moon after death? No, don’t call me insane as it is the revolutionary way devised by Celestis, a Texas company to depart this life. Company has disclosed that it will begin launching human cremated remains to the surface of the moon by 2009. Mind you, this outlandish experience doesn’t come cheap and thus demands a hefty sum. The “Luna” burial package is may vary from $10,000 to $15,000. It comes with a customized DVD of the launch that includes a memorial service. Experiencing this way of departing from this life can be considered as even ordinary funerals bites you with the sum of $6,000 plus. The company invited people to attend the launch of someone’s ashes in the similar fashion as they would attend someone’s funeral.
Company’s Web site reads: “Leaving Earth to touch the cosmos is an experience few have ever known, but many have often dreamed of. The nature of these space services respects your dreams and memory of your departed loved one by launching a symbolic portion of cremated remains into Earth orbit, onto the lunar surface or into deep space.â€
There is an addition to the news. Practices are being implemented to return the cremated remains to Earth. Celestis is an established player in this industry maintaining the exclusivity of these services and has sent the ashes of James Doohan, who played Scotty on Star Trek, into space in two individual memorial spaceflights. Go ahead and pen down your views about minting money from the ashes of dead body. Is it really a practice to be practiced?

Pernod Ricard moved an inch further in knocking Diageo (DEO) as the world’s biggest spirits player after inking a neat deal to acquire the Swedish state-owned parent of Absolut vodka for $8.3 billion.

During ongoing auction, the French spirits company outbid various others premium vodka globally including U.S.-based Fortune Brands (FO), Absolut’s current distributor. This enables Pernod to climb from fourth to second position among global spirits sellers with its deal with Vin & Spirit. Pernod has been on a quest to top the $200 billion global booze industry. Pernod Ricard’s capacity will rise from 75 million cases to 91 million, and all courtesy for this belongs to Absolut and V&S’s Cruzan rum and Plymouth gin.
