Get going under the sea! No need to switch to discovery channel for that 2-D ocean tour. Get into the sea for yourself and explore the hidden wonders. No scuba diving or snorkeling this is. It’s way beyond your imagination. Well its now time to have your personal submarine after your luxist limousine, jet plane or yacht!
Named the Phoenix 1000 is more than a simple yacht. With a total interior area of the submarine of 5000 square feet, coupled with very large acrylic viewports, and the potential for relatively large open spaces, the vessel is as luxurious as the finest of motor yachts. Actually it’s a step above that as you can take a dive into the calm if the surface waters irk you.

Steve Fossett has passed away but his dream survived in the hands of his friend Graham Hawkes who recently completed the mammoth task that Steve had started but unfortunately could not complete. Steve was working to create a machine that would fly as well as dive- a flying submersible!
The deisgn was supposed to reach a depth of some 36,000 feet below the ocean’s surface. Graham Hawkes has created history by completing “Deep Flight Challenger”, which is a 3-in-1 mix of a spacecraft, an airplane and a submarine.

The submersible has a length of 17 ft 8 inches, having a width of 12 ft 11 inches, and a height of 5 ft, 7 inches. It weighs a total of 4730 lbs, and has a life support of twenty four hours.
It is one of the most technologically advanced Submersible built till now. The company has not divulged any information whether they plan to open a manufacturing unit or will sell the patent to other companies.

Ahhh to be friends with dolphins is the submarine called the Innespace Seabreacher. The two-seater submersible that looks and moves like a dolphin. Interestingly, the Seabreacher uses the same canopy as an F-22 fighter jet to insure that the inside stays nice and dry with a watertight seal. When the automobile comes in motion, it looks no less than a jet fighter with energy to breakthrough the tough water. Developed with an intention to impersonate a dolphin’s movement, it uses the downhill elevate of the wings to leap out of the water, and even do cask spins.




I presume it’s as secure as humans can get to really enact a dolphin. If your wild imagination has started wondering dolphins think this form of submarine, then roll further to enjoy the video:

Phoenix 1000 is the biggest and luxurious private submarine ever designed. The fantastic super yacht is a 65-meter (213′) personal luxury submarine and is able to deal with ocean crossings at a speed of 16 knots. Spread at a surface area of 460 sq meters, it assures long journeys in most luxurious and comfortable way. On board, it offers accommodation for around 12 guests divided into 6 cabins with private bathrooms; while on the main deck have a fantastic deck saloon from which they can admire the unusual and fascinating landscapes of navigation in depth. But the real surprise is the comfortable flying Bridge and its ability of its material to stand immersion.
The utmost depth is reached 305 meters but if you want to go down even more, the 1000 Phoenix hosts a docking minisub for short dives, which can carry 8 passengers up to 610 metres below sea level. The estimated price of the Phoenix is $78 million.
