Japan is known for production of gadgets especially robots but lately I realized that the country cannot sit at rest when it comes to luxury bathing. Whilst beginning this year, I introduced you to the Bandai bubble bath for a rich douse and today enhancing the experience comes LED starry bath in a Jupiter-shaped planetarium. This luxury bathtub coming from Sega Toys gets to its job the minute you dim the lights and the HomeStar projects features underwater scenes, or even roses all over you, the walls, and any bath time companion. The bathtub is retailed at 7,000 yen and I warn you before you assume that the bathtub is complemented with a Japanese Chic.

Here we go:

They say lights, camera, action but I realized the need of amendment in this idiom. It should be Lights, Camera, Glass…Action. Creating a hullabaloo is a cobalt pocket watch gadget concept that even shuns the need of a cell phone. Whilst today, wristwatches are replaced by mobile phones and within no time you might see the existence of cell phones marred by a watch again with a difference. Presently a concept, it features a default screen with small computer inside reflecting time, date, warmth, and updates on voicemail, email and SMS.
6) Pacer Suit Or Mobile Human Musical Workstation
Imagine a crisis situation when all the preparations’ for throwing a gala party are done and during the party there is a major power cut that even your arranged permutations and combinations fail to recover. Huhhh.…..no DJ and imagine a party without music. But within few years you can have a ready solution to this problem as the creative minds are at work and have calculated the possibility of playing music independently even when music stations choose to be off. This could be possible via a pacer suit concept that claims to turn your electrical motions into sound effects. If the team behind it work hard to make it functional then the day is not far away when human beings would be known as mobile musical stations.
5) Mobile Touchscreen Tablet Concept by Mac Funamizu
You must have heard about Touchscreen PC but have you ever dared to add the feel of ‘mobility’ to it? Well, that’s not everybody’s job as well. Japanese concept designer Mac Funamizu took it as a challenge and has urbanized a thin touch screen mechanism that comes with built-in camera, scanner, WiFi, Google Maps and search. With the word spreading like a virus about the GINA Light Visionary Model, it seems to mark BMWs successful entry in the niche of concept cars. It’s flawless, plastic-coated lycra fabric, can easily be stretched over a metal frame with stirring components, thereby offering shape-shifting properties to the sedan. The outline of the car body can be altered without shredding or slackening the fabric, and the navigation controls, gauges and head support can all be settled into place once you feel comfortable in the car.
Check out the video here:
The car is based off a 4.4-liter Z8 with a six-speed mechanical diffusion. The body is consists of four panels i.e. hood, sides and rear and did I tell you the material is water defiant. Concerning the shape-shifting properties involved, the car is accessible to alter things like adding or eliminating a spoiler, or broadening fenders.

Cycle manufacturer Koga Miyata has offered its latest creation of a million dollar bike especially developed for Dutch cyclist Theo Bos and is hopeful to have an edge in the impending Beijing Olympics. The reports claim that it offers the lowest air resistance in juxtaposition to all the bikes available globally but carries no brakes and rides on one speed. Add to it the super rigid frame that makes it the most “difficult bikes to ride.” Truly it would claim to be the superfast bike ever but not worthy of taking a ride.

Till date we have been welcoming futuristic creation of homes by various designers. How about lending attention to Microsoft’s reflection of the “Home of the Future A software company took it as an opportunity to create a mock home that fits well the title of technology-driven home for tomorrow. The home erected at their campus in Redmond, Washington is now 15 years old but the topical restoration sports Microsoft’s prophecy of how household electronics and amenities should look and can look in coming years.
Through the mock model, it has been clearly conveyed that everything in this home runs on a central network together with cell phones and even home’s doorbell located as nodes on that network. The entry of family members to the home is easily identified by their mobile devices and hence they receive a warm welcome. Equipped with the RFID factor, virtually everything in this home is embedded with radio-frequency-identification technology. There is also a possibility of installing a system, which understands the need for scattered things to go back where it belongs. At kitchen front, while pulling out the needed appliances and ingredients, the “smart kitchen†can sense what they are about to make and hence helps them by enabling the countertop display the recipe.
But this is not all. In order to maintain its exclusivity, Microsoft’s future home does not consist of walls and surfaces covered with PC monitors and screens.
